Have you always wanted to learn to sing with others in harmony?Here’s your chance to learn from the experts.

Join us for three Mondays for a chance to learn a new song while improving your singing technique and having fun in the process.

The course will be led by Jordan Travis, the musical director of the Dukes of Harmony. He is also the artistic director of the award-winning Harbmourtown Sound Chorus, A Cappella Showcase and Voices Unlimited.

Jordan has provided workshops, coached, and performed around the world, including being on faculty for BinG Harmony College, BABS Music Director’s Academy, Harmony College in Holland, the Association of British Choral Directors and Harmony University in Nashville.

The Dukes will be offering our Lern to Sing Harmony program over three consecutive Mondays.

Location: Lawrence Park Community Church

Time: 7:30 pm

You will be visiting with the Dukes on a regular rehearsal night. We will begin by determining your vocal range. We will suggest which of rthe four parts you are best suited for: Tenor, Lead, Baritone or Bass. Then, alongside members of the Dukes chorus in your vocal section, you will learn a four part a cappella song. This song will be new to the other members of the chorus as well, so we will all learn it together.

On each day, the Learn to Sing Harmony course will last about an hour, after which you are welcome to stay and listen while the Dukes rehearse an enriching and enjoyable experience.
